WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Palm Springs, California.

TRAVEL?

We provide our services to the surrounding Palm Springs area, and southern California with a traveling fee.

Early call times and travel beyond 60 miles may require accommodations to be booked to ensure that we are able to arrive at the requested time. All parking or valet charges are paid for by the client. 

DESTINATION WEDDINGS?

Packages for destination weddings are available upon request. Airfare, accommodations, transportation and travel will apply.  Please provide as much as information as you can to inquire.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY WEDDING? 

After you set your wedding date, we suggest that you book your makeup and hair services immediately. Our clients usually book us 8 to 10 months in advance after they confirm the wedding date. 

HOW TO BOOK?

Please fill out the contact form with details of your event. Once we receive your inquiry and you are ready to move forward to lock your date, we will prepare a service agreement where it will explain how to pay your 40% deposit.  After the agreement is signed and we receive your deposit the date is reserved for you. 

IS THERE A BOOKING MINIMUM? 

There is a booking minimum of Five (5) people for makeup services (excluding the trial) for Saturday weddings during the busy wedding season from September to May.  Note the minimums can change at any time.

ARE TRIAL/CONSULTATIONS MANDATORY?

YES, A trial is MANDATORY and also a good time for us to meet and try out the styles you have in mind, so you can feel totally relaxed and confident on the day of the event. You can prepare your trial by gathering makeup inspiration, or create a Pinterest board and share it with us. Visuals are very helpful for us to get an idea of what you like.  Please read our How To Prepare for a Consultation. 

WHEN TO SCHEDULE THE TRIAL?

We suggest scheduling the trial 3-4 months before your wedding day. Trials are usually done on Sundays or during the week.  Saturday's are not available for trials.  

HOW LONG WILL THE TRIAL LAST?

Please allow 1 to 2 hours for your trial with an option of 1 or 2 looks. Our goal is to create the perfect look that you have envisioned for your wedding day and the trial isn’t over until we have done so.

CAN I SCHEDULE MY TRIAL ON THE DAY OF MY ENGAGEMENT SESSION?

Yes, you may, but we don’t recommend this. For your trial we work on creating the perfect look for your wedding day, and you may not want to reveal the bridal look before your big day. 

HOW LONG WILL MAKEUP TAKE ON THE WEDDING DAY?

Please allow 1 hour for the bride. For each additional bridal party’s makeup service, please allow 45 minutes on the day of the wedding. 

HOW MANY GIRLS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE FOR WEDDING DAY SERVICES? 

We can accommodate a bridal party of any size. There are NO additional fees for extra makeup artist or stylist.  If the bridal party requires more services than I can provide in the given time frame, we will add additional artists to ensure that everyone is ready on time.  

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE? 

Some of the brands we carry include Nars, Becca, Make Up For Ever, Giorgio Armani, Laura Mercier,  MAC, Kenra, Redken, Alterna and other high end brands. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR FULL MAKEUP APPLICATION?

With each and every service, you will receive a full makeup application with which we pay close attention to detail. Our makeup features a long-wearing high definition foundation, a natural application of contour and highlight to showcase your best features and false lash application.  We also provide you with a touch up kit to make sure your makeup looks fresh throughout the entire day. 

WILL THE MAKEUP LAST? 

Absolutely!  We use long lasting, high definition, waterproof and water resistant products to ensure longevity of wear. We also provide everyone with a personalized makeup touch-up kit.

HOW SHOULD WE PREPARE FOR MAKEUP? 

Please arrive with clean washed face with a gentle exfoliation face wash. We provide all makeup clients with custom skin care. 

PAYMENT?

We require a 40% retainer/deposit for all services booked to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding. 

I AM ON A TIGHT BUDGET, ARE YOUR PRICES NEGOTIABLE? 

Unfortunately, our pricing is non-negotiable. We are a full team of highly trained and certified artists with years of experience under our belt. We take pride in our work and have a high volume of inquiries.  Also please keep in mind the following:

  • The amount of money a beauty professionals spends on updating techniques & keeping current with trends.
  • The professional quality of tools, brushes, disposables, etc.
  • The professional quality of products.
  • The quality of work a professional produces. 
  • The costs of insurance, advertising, website costs etc. 
  • The amount of time spent on creating quotes, invoices, attending to inquiries, researching suitable products for people with allergies or special requests, packing our kit, paying for parking and tolls where applicable, setting up, creating touch up kits, etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY?

You may cancel your wedding appointment two months before the wedding, without incurring any fees by sending a written request via email or certified mail. There will be no refund of the deposit/retainer. If Client cancels 30 days prior to the wedding day, 50% of the any remaining balance will be charged. If Client cancels within 2 weeks or less of such event date, 100% of the remaining balance will be charged.
